Case dismissed! Selena Gomez' protracted legal dispute with broke perfume company has been 'thrown out of court'.... but could still cost her millions!!

The protracted court dispute between Selena Gomez and liquidated perfume manufacturer Adrenalina, Inc has been dismissed by a Los Angeles judge – but could still end up costing the singer millions of dollars. 

Selena, 20, counter-sued the Florida based company in May after they accused her of backing out of a multi-million dollar endorsement deal for a new perfume, to be sold in her name. 

Adrenalina claim they invested more than $2 million into the manufacture and marketing of the fragrance after she agreed to be spokesperson for the brand in 2011.
